Your details will not be passed to, shared with, or sold to a third party under any circumstances, unless I am required to do so by law. I will retain your information securely, and you may at any time (on payment of a nominal fee) request a copy of the information I am holding. Exclusions to the privacy policy

1.Third party Internet sites that you can link to through UK Photos web are not covered by the Privacy policy, so I urge you to be careful when you enter any personal information online.

2. Any information given in the public guest book is not covered by the Privacy policy, as this is accessible for all UK Photos web users to view.

E-mail

UK Photos web will never send unsolicited e-mail (Spam)
The only e-mail contact that UK Photos web will undertake will be in a response to enquiries, or to make an enquiry related to your own organisation or web site if applicable.

Stored data

Only data given voluntarily such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and postal mailing addresses are stored by UK photos web.
All telephone numbers and postal mailing addresses are stored manually (not on a computer system) to minimise the risk of a security breach.
